This card was made with my original hand stamped “Designer Series Paper” using the Cheerful Daisies bundle. (You can see the DSP stamping process on my YouTube channel.)
I used just the Cheerful Daisy dies on the flowers this time. None of the stamps!
This time I have heat embossed the stunning flowers from the Irresistible Blooms stamp set, colored them using water painters and Stampin’ Up! inks and then die cut them with the coordinating dies. There are more examples of these cards in varying colors on my YouTube video.
This card was created with the new Desert Details stamp & die bundle and showcases some of the beautiful papers from the Delicate Desert and Dry Brushed Metallic Designer Series Paper packs. I think it has a lovely Southwestern feel to it!
I really love this image in the Brightest Beauty stamp set. It is a Golden Wattle which is the National flower of Australia!
I’ve used Garden Green, Crushed Curry and Crumb Cake inks and have added a little Dazzling Diamonds to the flowers. (Definitely one of my favorite Stampin’ Up! products even though it’s retired.) If you don’t have Dazzling Diamonds you could use glitter, Wink of Stella or spritz the image with Champagne Mist!
It seemed like a natural, “messy” bow was needed for this card so I created one using Linen Thread. I think it completes the look!
